For many years I have observed the relationship of the real estate agent and the mortgage professional and it always seems to be a one way street. At the last cocktail party I attended where both real estate agents and lenders were present - I watched some of the newer lenders approached real estate agents and tell them the usual, I am the best, I have the best rates, I have FHA loans - etc... As I have observed and have mentioned it is, a lot of times, a one way street, a value proposition the doing a good job on doing the loan is somehow … (0 comments)
