You don't have to spend a fortune or go to elaborate lengths to stage your home. In yesterday's "Market Ready" article on how to prepare your home for sale when you've got young children, New York Times design writer Tim McKeough was asked, "What's the bare minimum we should do?" McKeough elicited tips from Lydia Sussek of Corcoran Group Real Estate, who suggested that "the least expensive and best thing you can do before selling is to paint your home.
