We do our research, we analyze the data, we inform and instruct our pre-approved buyers, we put out our best offer with a well crafted cover letter and still they don't get their offer accepted. We feel their pain, and try again. Our buyers are great! They want a home so badly, and we want to find it for them, but the deal dies before it gets out of the starting gate. What else can we do?
