The beautiful Village of Miami Shores continues to see improvement in home pricing values. A brief survey of closed sales from the Miami Realtor Association reveals home prices continue to improve. Closed and recorded regular transactions from the 4th quarter of 2012, saw thirty one sales at a median price of $200.5 per square foot. The same 4th quarter in 2013, also recorded thirty one regular transactions with a higher median price per square foot of $236.10, indicated an overall improvement of 18% in market value.
