Today I finally had the chance to go out and see some active listings in the South Gables area. It's usually hard with the mid-day rush to get out and see properties, but we made it a point this week to go visit some of these listings. In all it was a very successful tour with some nice houses and some that were very impressive. Potential sellers have much to be excited about these days as South Florida's housing market continues to grow. According to S&P/Case-Shiller index South Florida's housing stock appreciated 10.8% in Feburary from last year, reported by the Sun-Sentinel, which marks 14 consecutive months of increases.
