It's usually hard with the mid-day rush to get out and see properties, but we made it a point this week to go visit some of these listings. Potential sellers have much to be excited about these days as South Florida's housing market continues to grow. According to S&P/Case-Shiller index South Florida's housing stock appreciated 10.8% in Feburary from last year, reported by the Sun-Sentinel, which marks 14 consecutive months of increases. According to the report, which surveyed 20 metro areas across the US, the South Florida market showed double digit increases in the housing market over the past year.
