I want to personally thank our Arizona Ambassador Mike Jones. I've finally decided after just four weeks to make the jump to Rain Maker. I've been impressed by how Active Rain provides the environment for expression of opinion, education, information and some funny commentary as well. As a mortgage lender in Tucson Arizona where we have been hit hard by foreclosures and shortsale properties I find it more important than ever to expand my sphere of influence. Loan guidelines continue to tighten up as well as credit restrictions and so it's become increasingly difficult to qualify buyers in such a market. So expanding the methods … (7 comments)
