Over the past couple of weeks, I've had the pleasure to sit down with several first-time homebuyers. As a real estate professional, I believe part of my job is to help these folks with their decision by providing them the information they need to make the right decisions for themselves. Sometimes, that decision is to wait. Other times, it is about how much to spend. The important thing for me to remember is that it is all about them, not about me.
