Real estate experts say low home prices and record-low mortgage rates appear to be pulling the housing market out of its swan dive.
Data from the National Association of REALTORS’ (NAR) Pending Home Sales indicate that the housing market showed signs of recovery in October with pending home sales hitting a five-year high, hitting a 5.2 percent increase from September. It’s an increase of 13.2 percent from the third quarter of 2011.
