I have a specific program designed for those docs in or just out of their residency, with flexibility on ratio's including large student loan debt, minimum down payment, no mortgage insurance, and more. Often times med students have significant student loan payments, not much money down, and don't "qualify" under traditional lending guidelines, but are in need of buying a home when they start their first job. There is a way to structure this type of financing with a specialized loan that allows a purchase up to certain loan limits. … (4 comments)
