Moving Forward 2009

As we enter 2009 it appears our industry will continue to see further fluctuations. As a whole, Iowa has weathered this downturn relatively well however one must keep their guards up on making decisions regarding selling or buying. 2009 for me is a optimistic challenge, after some personal debate I recently changed offices. I am now associated with Fusin Realtors in Waterloo Iowa. This company continues to grow and draw on the strengths of its associates. Since moving there my business has seen a dramatic increase with 2009 perhaps being one of my best years in 31 yrs of business. My new office also specializes in short sales and foreclosures. These often times can and do prove to be valued opportunities for some purchasers. More on the market later..
