Parks in Wellington Florida: Scott's Place Scott's Place is a barrier-free playground in Wellington Florida that children of every ability can enjoy. This beautiful park was built by the community in 2010 and made possible in part to the generous donation of $250,000 made by Del & Barbara Williamson in honor of their son Scott, who they lost to cerebral palsy at the age of six.
