Every January I start receiving calls from tenants looking to book a property for a weekend in March. The reason? Slippery Band at The Ocean Drive.

Slippery Band plays an annual show at The OD, you can catch them THIS Saturday, March 15th at 9 pm.

We've taken a few calls from rental property owners about the letters they've received from the city informing them that their property is scheduled for an inspection. I contacted the construction office to determine exactly what the inspections will entail.The state requires that the city inspect rental properties every few years to determine that the home is safe to rent.
