I am a fan of The Profit television show with Marcus Lemonis on CNBC. Marcus helps struggling businesses find where their weaknesses are and fix the problems. He sits down and writes a check for an agreed upon amount for a certain percentage of the company. His infusion of cash almost always covers debt that the company has accrued. But it isn’t just about the money. He seems very genuine and cares about the employees and their future. He is there to help the business make a change for the better. It's time to get your running shoes on and join me for the second annual Race the Rabbit fun run at Zoo Montana in Billings, MT. I ran this race last year for the first time and had so much fun. It has two different races, 3.75 mile run and a 1.75 mile run/walk. The first race starts at 9:00am with the second at 9:05am. I am always amazed when I'm driving down the road and I see views like this. Making my home here in Billings, MT was just the perfect choice. There are beautiful spots all around town. This is Phipps Park located on the west side of Billings. There are bike and running trails, a frisbee golf course, and great photography opportunities. It is one of my favorite spots to take the dogs for a run.

I am not one to make resolutions for the New Year. I do like to make goals throughout the year and hopefully reach them. As I look back at 2012 I am happy with where I am at. I spent a lot of quality time with my family, met new friends through my church, and ran a lot while posting some good times. My big accomplishment was starting my real estate career.
