I am a fan of The Profit television show with Marcus Lemonis on CNBC. Marcus helps struggling businesses find where their weaknesses are and fix the problems. He sits down and writes a check for an agreed upon amount for a certain percentage of the company. His infusion of cash almost always covers debt that the company has accrued.
