Looks like no New Spending for Pickerington OH in 2011. Our new city manager has seemed to have started out well this year. After starting only about six months ago, Bill Vance has had his first budget approved and it's balanced, does not cut city services, and also provides for paying down the cities debt from it's current $37 million to $33 million by years end. Not a bad start. Thanks Bill. I do appreciate it, because I don't see any new revenue on the horizon for Pickerington and know that property tax revenue is still likely to shrink.
