The 2012 Beautiful Home Awards - Huntington Beach nominations polls are open. We're looking forward to this event to be a big hit this year. If you have a neighbor with an amazing home please nominate them. There are several categories that the exterior of the homes will be judge on. I have the most wonderful clients. I have a sweet young couple that has two small children. They have worked hard to plan their lives just right putting things in place like a well thought out game of chess. The wife and I previewed property last week and showed her husband all the "good ones" on Saturday. But there was one property that was in the perfect neighborhood, for the perfect price, that was the perfect size and the perfect everything.
