reo: Just a bit of advice

During 2008 and 2009, I listed and sold over 50 REO properties. I was always conscious of the fact that although these properties were sold in "as is" condition, they needed to have utilities on, lawns cut and yes, snow removed. Now, I am the first to admit that I did not have to deal with a storm of this magnitude but to those realtors out there who want to list these properties, the banks DO pay for snow removal. I called a listing agent today and asked him when he would have his reo listing shoveled out. His response was "when (4 comments)
