Days on market are an all time low. It is definitley a sellers market. Buyers realize after losing 3 houses to multiple offers, the days of paying under asking price is long gone. We have three cities in SC that have had over a 30% growth. Monocks Corner, Bluffton and Greenville continue to grow at astonishing rats.
