If you are not utilizing Google maps you are really missing the boat. Did you know by creating a Google map it can very well place you on the top of the search engines..the map that is!

Last night I gave a brand new agent a free consultation...no experience..newly licensed..and no tools. They hung their license with a small independent firm. As I spoke with them..they couldn't understand why their company did not offer training...as I sat and listened to the scenerio it hit me in the face.
You get what you pay for! This agent makes 90% of their commission...works from home and also has a desk in the office...many marketing pieces are available...but they complained no training. 9:38 pm placed property listing on Craigslist.....10:20 pm...a question from a potential buyer...this morning...3 more questions.
While it might be questions...questions can turn into communication...which can turn into potential buyers and sellers.
The more you circulate your listings the better your chances are into turning them into sold!
With all the hoopla and negativity circulating around Craigslist...do not discount the value! One of the hotshots in our office...gets most of her property inquires right there.

The Email went something like this...and addressed to the negotiator...the supervisor and the CEO! I have many people I have to answer to and we have complied with every request that has been made...and still no answer! Understand that right now this property is off the market..because as a real estate agent I must abide by Florida Real Estate Laws and time lines do matter. Once a contract is submitted and signed by both parties we cannot take any other contracts...until we work through this one. In 2009 we changed our meetings and rotated around..it seemed the response this year is better...giving great training..important information to help agents sell houses. Somewhat short and much more productive.
Yes, yesterday I had a great presentation.it was about strategically listing properties..bringing buyers to you..but most of all information to make agents so much more than agents..more buyer and seller consultants..but I admit when I went to give my presentation things got a little shaken up...and the crowd really listened. It took everything I had not to cry...I admit..my presentation was shaky.

If you recall I posted about attending court on behalf of a seller...fortunately for us...the attorney did not show..we now have submitted our short sale package...and if it gets accepted we have little to worry about.
Last week our top producer called me...she has a beautiful listing..and with an offer...but the bank gave her a hard time..and the offer was not accepted..

Today I was on the Florida Association of Realtors Website and they are offering FREE admission to the NAR Expo...the trade show!
I imagine other Associations have this opportunity posted as well. I'll be attending the expo and will be back and forth...because of one of our own...Denise Sutphin...will be getting married Saturday, November 8th at 4 pm.
