The history of the Daytona Beach Area Association of REALTORS can be traced back as far a 1922. It was in 1922 the Daytona Beach area received its charter from the national and state governing bodies. With less than 20 members they struggled on the same issues that we face today. Attracting industry, yes we need commerce desperately, promoting tourism.. Yes we still are known for the World's Most Famous Beach and the most important issue then and still remains.. To improve the quality of life for our residents. Although we have our trials and tribulations right now.. (6 comments)

Nancy Dance did a great job but I have to say, it was ruled that David Wyant was awarded the $33,000 commission. Keep in mind this was a mock mediation and arbitration.
While there I learned something new that made me realize I do believe many Realtors are Violating the Code of Ethics. "The National Association of Realtors, Code of Ethics." One of the responsibilities of a Realtor is to protect the public from harm. Failing to ask that important (109 comments)
