As a real estate trainer I firmly believe that listings are the name of the game. If you didn't hear me say it well here it goes again, "LISTINGS ARE THE NAME OF THE GAME!" Without listings you wouldn't have much to sell! Did you ever stop to think that the tools you utilize in attracting real estate buyers may very well increase your sellers at the same time?
