If you check search results often times you will find the big dogs....REALTOR.com, Homes.com, Yahoo.com, Zillow and Trulia/Activerain before you see any agent websites. I call them big dogs at least for real estate and they have one thing in common. Collaboration.
Most agents are on these sites including their bios, their own websites and especially their listings..when you do things collectively...there is plenty of room for success...more opportunity of exposure..and increase the odds of selling listings.

Real estate is a doggie dog world. Everybody and his brother obtained their license in the early 90's. When I first got my license I joined the Keyes Company REALTORS and was on a fast track training program. One of the assignments was to go on a listing appointment that you obtained through prospecting. Our instructor wanted no excuses and by the next class wanted us to each go on a listing appointment. There are have been many events, moves and decisions that have clouded my judgment. Stress, life, death and trauma will do that to a person. Sometimes you have to rest. In that time frame I did my best and I bounced back in 2012 and slowly the stress, life, death and trauma emerged again.

While in Alabama visiting my mother I got to experience a tornado warning or alert..it flashed across the bottom of the t.v. screen..I don't know much about tornado's let alone how to survive one...so I asked what do you do? I've never been through a tornado warning and in truth, tornado's scare the heck out of me. I guess The Wizard of Oz created some of that fear in me.

It was a lovely Saturday afternoon and I was enjoying quiet time with my grandson. My son and daughter in law went to work so it was just myself, my grandson and the pets. Two barking dogs. Someone I care about is trying to buy a foreclosure. The offer has been accepted, yet everything is at a standstill and the sales contract will not move forward until some things are worked out. There is a lawsuit involved between the home seller and bank for the numerous fixtures and attachments that were removed from the house. While the home seller thought it was a good idea, for the potential home buyer it was not and has delayed a closing. Now the former home owner is in a lawsuit with the bank and the property cannot close.

It kills me...just kills me how people perceive real estate agents. In most cases, home sellers have others buzzing in their ears on everything that the agent they hired is doing something wrong. The sellers friends and family express their feelings and that creates a question in the sellers mind and a thought crosses their mind, I can't trust my agent. Remember..listing agreements and sales contracts are legal documents and taking real estate advice from a novice is not in your best interest..wouldn't you agree? Yet so many do!

So I have a confession...yes I am a virgin...A ReBar Camp Virgin. While there have been numerous opportunities, I've either had to cancel or could not make due to previous obligations. I am so excited to finally attend one.

Why is this always such a big deal? AR is AR to me...worried? Why? It seems this is one of the few communities that explains itself...that's great...but what is all the fuss? Do you explain your investments?
Market Leader has been a wonderful tool for some..one of the girls I coach has used it and gotten her money back BUT she dumped it..why too costly for each month, maybe Market Leader should look at that and pay attention to the comments made in Jons post. Its a great tool if you cannot generate enough leads for some they simply want more.

I love the suggest button and its also fabulous to see many new faces on the dashboard. On top of that with the ability to call the shots, I wonder do people abuse it? I myself have called the shots 5 times and I really value that privilege then again I was the sicko who enjoyed doing the Week in Review back in the day.
I receive a lot of emails everyday requesting that I call the shot..the truth is no matter who you are, the content has to be entertaining and well written for me to click the button.

There is always a conversation going on about low ball offers, and many times listing agents feel the buyers agent did not do their job in presenting the facts. If you have ever worked with investors you know...they would submit what one would refer to as a low ball offer..for some reason low ball offers never bothered me... as a matter of fact, I call it, the start of negotiations and its something that probably has occurred since the inception of real estate.
