zillow: Collaboration - Surprised - Why

If you check search results often times you will find the big dogs....REALTOR.com, Homes.com, Yahoo.com, Zillow and Trulia/Activerain before you see any agent websites. I call them big dogs at least for real estate and they have one thing in common. Collaboration. Most agents are on these sites including their bios, their own websites and especially their listings..when you do things collectively...there is plenty of room for success...more opportunity of exposure..and increase the odds of selling listings. Years past I have always made predictions of the internet to myself..at times I would share and at the same time be laughed … (17 comments)

You've seen her and probably debated or interacted with her..Zillow..Zestimates always makes for an interesting conversation but Sarah Bonert seems to do it with class, style and fun. I am lucky I met her..so this makes for an interesting conversation..especially since we aint talking Activerain points but strictly Sarah and Zillow!
This is a great opportunity to get to know her and what Zillow is all about.. CENTURY 21 recently partnered and I cannot deny I had some concerns but if you familiarize yourself with the site you might feel differently..Am I convinced? Sometimes life does not work the way we want it..The night before the convention...we had to change our plans. You see we had a surprise Friday evening...the notorious...Bobby Miller returned! :) I have missed my son and very happy he is here....so indeed life is like a box of chocolates and you never know what you are going to get or who you will meet!
Now I still went to the convention but WE did not go...the computer scientist did not feel well and Danny was with us. So I took the trip solo but had an absolute blast. As … (27 comments)
