advice: Selling a house tips Hiring the right real estate agent - 05/13/21 07:45 AM

In April 2021, 22% of the residential homes that were on the market expired? That means they came off the market UNSOLD! It’s hard to believe that in the hottest sellers markets I’ve seen in the 20 years I have been helping people buy & sell real estate, that many homes didn’t sell.
Here’s the numbers… Currently in Northeast Florida, the area I work in, there are 2185 residential properties for sale. In April, or last month 482 didn’t sell.

If the … (2 comments)

advice: Selling a house in Jacksonville? How to deal with Low Offers - 03/23/16 02:33 AM
When selling your home in Jacksonville, Orange Park, St Augustine and the beaches, it's a given that you want to get the most money from the sale. Home buyers in North East Florida are out in full force. This means you may have to deal with "Lowball" offers from time to time. Any offer is a good offer. It means someone wants to purchase your home. If handled properly, with emotions in check and only focusing on the facts, it could turn out to be a win win for all parties.
