I've been busy lately, prospecting like a madman and forcing myself to work FSBO's,,....strictly to build up my listing inventory. It's not all bad since I have genuinely met some sincere and nice folks out there. However, one comment I am soooo getting tired of hearing is "We are willing to co-op with agents at __% BIG DEAL!!!!!
