Another home Sold in Laurelwood Townhome Community. This one took just a little longer to sell not because we lacked buyers looking at the home but many buyers were just not qualified. This community for some reason has a lot of homes go pending then in time they were put right back on the market. The reason? Buyers were just not qualifying for their loans even though they were pre approved but not approved. In real estate this happens more than you would think. We went through four offers but before we accepted any offer and open escrow we had my well qualified lender review (2 comments)
