real estate referral: Help your customers & clients by "Paying it Forward in 2009"

As we enter into yet another challenging few months ahead, I hope we all will do our part to "pay it forward" by helping each other when we need assistance servicing our customers who need to relocate to another part of the country or abroad. Knowing that we have reliable resources in the real estate and financial business arena will be ever so important as we do our utmost to help those customers and clients who simply do not have a choice but to relocate due to financial burdens, job security, or for other personal or family reasons. My real estate blog will stay focused primarily on real estate and real estate financing, and government related real estate funding & tax break topics as the primary topics that I will post here. However, I do have a varied interest and background and do post articles on several other of my blogs that are focused on specific professions (Business Analyst), specific industries (ethanol & cellulosic ethanol), biofuel, biodiesel, biobutanol, and alternative energy.
