market: November is really 2007.

Wow it's already November. Seems like this year just flew on by in a flash. The real estate year is pretty much over and most new escrows opened after the mid of this month wont be a paycheck till 2007. Not sure about you but 2006 was very different. Buyers and Sellers have changed with the market. The interest rates are still great but prices in many different areas are mostly doing the same thing either leveling or even seeing a downward trend. What does 2007 have in stored for us? Only time will tell. I would love to hear what your thoughts might … (7 comments)
