How many times have you heard from clients, " I can't get to some place on your website". I find this out alot on other websites that are not updated on a frequently. I believe that this is caused mostly by broken links. This makes it hard to allow a nice flow through your website and reflects poorly on the company. It is a good idea to check your links from time to time to see if all of them are working properly. Also spiders will demote the quality of the website for non working links. This is how real estate is tracked to show all aspects of pricing a property in a specific neighborhood. We do all the tracking as a group through our association. People in general take this information lightly. A Realtor does a Market Analysis for potential clients to earn trust and hopefully obtain business.
