With existing home sales rising across the coutry and spring in the air Myrtle Beach Real estate is picking up. We have put over ten contracts in over the past few days. The best deal going are the condos at World Tour in Myrtle Beach. You can get a two bedroom as low as $109,900 and a three bedroom at $149,900 all with golf course views. These prices are .50 on the dollar from the developer and we only have a few units left. Now is the time to buy!
