HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY! It's great to be an American! It's a great day to remember the beginnings of our nation. It's also a time to reflect on the sacrifices made by our military forces and their families throughout our proud history. Please also take time today to appreciate those who are currently serving our country and to thank them for that service if you have the opportunity. I hope you all have a wonderful holiday.

You've probably seen the email. You know, the one that encourages everyone to wear red on Fridays to show support for the men and women who serve in the U.S. Armed Forces. I don't see much red on Fridays and I have to admit I don't always remember, either. But I do unconditionally and completely support and admire everyone who wears, or has worn, a uniform in the U.S. Military. Here in Denver, Colorado, now is a great time for anyone wanting to purchase their first home, or for someone who hasn't owned a home in the last 3 years. There are three main reasons that make this such a great time to buy. In the under $400,000 price range we have a rare confluence of low prices coupled with low inventory.
