Modern Marketing Stradegies vs. Traditional Marketing Stradiegies If you are still listing real estate in magazines, more than likely the chances you have for selling that certain property are slim to none. Now, if you were to list this same property inside an online blog, or an online source where online traffic is easily spotted, you WILL make sales. I guarantee not only will your monthly lead count go up but so also will your revenue. What does this mean for traditional marketing stradegies/companies? According to the NTREIS Ellis county land sales activity report, closing sales are up 18% in the amount of sales closed and up 109% in total dollar volume collected. What does this mean for land owners? It means land owners in Ellis county are more than likely able to create a higher substantial profit margin than that of last years reported sales. Midlothian has become one the fastest growing cities south of Dallas.
