Today we show 9287 Active Wake County, North Carolina, residential Listings in the Triangle NC MLS. Of those we can deduct about 300 for "Contingent," "Taking Back-Up Offers," or "Temporarily Off the Market." I was fooling around with today's Hot Sheets and decided to calculate some DOM figures. As of 10:35PM today, 57 homes in Wake County, NC, went to "Pending" status on the Triangle MLS.
