Dogs.  Liability.  Uncomfortable buyers.  Allergies.  Torn up yard.  Carpet stains.  Dog doors cut through garage doors that are supposed to be fire-rated.  Fleas.And don't get me started on poop in the kitchen, on the deck, in the garage, all through the yard.  And I LIKE dogs.  Dog OWNERS often...
