This median home price in Poway is down by $10,000 from 2006 which had a median home price of $650,000 and was Poway's peak year for average home prices. The below graph for Poway median home prices from 1988-2007 shows a huge jump of $130,000 from 2003 to 2004. In that one year period Poway's median price jumped from $470,000 to $600,000. Poway's median home values have held solid during the recent San Diego real estate market downturn. No bubble has burst here.

   I find that if you're going to send out Christmas cards this year you better get started early. Every time I put it off I'm scrambling at the last minute to get my mailing out before Christmas. Keep in mind that mail runs much slower around the holidays too. I have my client database always at the ready to print labels or send out to a mailing house, so that's easy. Now ordering the cards is easy too but there's quite a selection.
