As a result of many things going well, but not perfect, I have come full circle. As I stated in a previous post, I have been working with investors on larger land deals, nice big stuff with huge back ends. Suddenly, a fund manager says" Hey Mike, who do ya know that could put together a portfolio of single family homes all in one area, and set up the property management too? A week or so back I read a post by one of my favorite AR Alumni, ol Jason Sardi. It is a bit over the top, even for me, but I give him credit for putting it all on the line. Or at least drawing a line and stating THIS IS WHERE I STAND, LIKE IT OR NOT

I have been reading more lately on Active Rain. I have been amazed at how much banter there is about points, gold stars, signing petitions. I ran across a post by Bob Mitchell about getting featured on Ative Rain. Many of you know I wear my heart on my sleeve. I have opinions, they are mine. Active Rain is a place that allows opinions.
