This month Ione has 63 active listings, up two from last month’s 61 listings. The average listing price in Ione is $319,715 up a god bit from last month’s $278,902. Houses have set on the market for an average of 148 days, down ten from last month’s 158 days. In the last month Ione has had 14 new listings and 8 listings have sold.
