Aliso Viejo Real Estate Sales on the Rise Seems like we had more activity this month vs last (March 2012), overall there were 12 more homes sold this month. There were 13 more short sales, 4 less foreclosures, and 1 more regular "standard sale". There were 2 unknown sale types since they were in default but were not listed as short sales. As we approach the "busy" season we should see these numbers rise, we have not seen an increase in foreclosures but a sharp increase in short sales. I wonder if this trend will continue? I will continue to keep track of these numbers to get a better idea of where our market is headed.
