team rudi: Baker City Real Estate: Weekend Wrap-up Sunday, April 1st 2007 - 04/02/07 10:46 AM
Baker City real estate took a little breather over the weekend. Still some showing activity, but less than the previous few weekends. Consensus is that this may be the lull before the storm. The thought is that next weekend, Easter weekend, may be slow, but that activity will grow sharply after that. We'll see and, as always, report back right here.

Even though there is a severe shortage of listings, buyers are showing some constraint, opting to wait rather than make a poor buying decision.
There is still concern over the high demand vs. what a home will appraise for. Homes that are listed at what might seem like a bargain, and sell within a matter of … (1 comments)
