behind on mortgage: Wrongful foreclosures and San Diego military

Were military home owners in San Diego wrongfully foreclosed on? That's the question many are asking since the release of the reports last week that the nations top lenders - Wells Fargo, Citigroup, JP Morgan Chase and Bank of America wrongfully foreclosed on more than 700 military homeowners since the foreclosure wave began.
The report comes after the banks were ordered by regulators to review a fraction of their files and identify homeowners that were wrongfully foreclosed on. Previously, the banks had acknowledged that they relied on faulty documents to push through foreclosures but claimed homeowners were not foreclosed on (0 comments)
