motivation: Thought of the Day for Friday July 6, 2007

Life is like a bridge - cross over it but don't establish yourself upon it! A man can fail many times but he isn't a failure until he begins to blame someone else! Happy Friday and good luck this weekend! We can all use a little boost of encouragement in this more "settled" market ... especially here in the Sunny Southern California Desert with temperatures reaching 120 ... we sometimes need a reminder to stay cool and keep moving forward! Have a GREAT weekend! Happy Selling! ~ Lorraine (2 comments)

Getting - and Staying - Motivated by Following Your Personal Plan GET CONNECTED TO YOUR GOALSWhat do you really want? What are you working toward in your work, family, physical and spiritual life? Think big. Choose one area you want to grow in and work on that. Short-term "sprints" toward long-term objectivesMost professional marathoners don't think about their races as 26.2 mile runs, they think of them as an accumulation of smaller sprints (with a dash for the finish at the end). By breaking down your objectives into smaller goals, or sprints, you make them more psychologically attainable, as well as less monumental (0 comments)
