ENTITLED AND UNGRATEFUL BUYER 
Cash buyers from out of state purchasing for their son, his girlfriend, and a new baby.
Three bedroom, two bath with loft and two decks, one deck overlooking a pool in a 1970s condo complex. Inexpensive but nice.
I represented the Seller and left keys at the desk of the Title Company after closing for the son to pick up for his new home.

Mimi Foster . . . easy, right? You'd think that it would be easy enough to remember.  But there is a B-Grade actress whose first name is Mimi and whose last name also has six letters.  She is not a household name, but people kind of know her name in the back of their minds.  People whom I meet casually remember easily the name Mimi Rogers (the ex-Mrs. Tom Cruise), and will often just make a name association.
