I hope this tragedy will encourage all of us Realtors to think more about our personal Safety. JEFFERSON, Wis. -- A man who was being questioned in connection with the killing of a real estate agent, has been arrested, according to Jefferson County sheriff's officials. Lee said that Ann Nelson, 71, of the Town of Christiana, met the man at the rural house in the Town of Oakland. Nelson was apparently showing the house on Poplar Avenue on Tuesday night.The vacant home was up for sale by her realty firm.
