To keep yourself and your family free of swine flu or any type of flu you should:1. Wash your hands constantly with soap & hot water or antibacterial solutions2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and face in general3. When leaving a public bathroom try not to touch the doorknob4. For anyone who has had to use a Hospice Service you know how wonderful (or not so wonderful) they can be. This past week I spent many long hours in a Hospice Center that I have to let people know about. For those who don't know what Hospice is, it is a specialized care for the terminally ill in their final hours or days.
