This morning, I met with a new prospective seller who had contacted me earlier in the week about listing his west suburban townhome (located about half an hour west of downtown Minneapolis).
Last autumn, I procured the buyer in a townhome sale in this fellow's neighborhood. The seller of that townhome was a retired medical administrator who had considerable experience in staffing hospitals and clinics. The buyer in that transaction was my client and she was a renter who had been searching for something affordable that she could purchase, update and enjoy.

Nickelodeon has created the first Nick theme park for families and kids at the Mall of America in Bloomington, Minnesota. The newly-opened Nickelodeon Universe is the nation's largest indoor theme park! The Universe website rates rides from "mild to wild" with a RideGuide that helps parents determine if a particular ride is appropriate for their children. Some of the flashy ride names include the Avatar Air Bender, Danny Phantom Ghost Zone, Pepsi Orange Streak, Splat-o-Sphere and El Circulo del Cielo.
