Sometimes the easiest solutions are right in front of you.
I discovered this recently while trying to assist a client. We needed a real estate document notarized on a Sunday and it appeared impossible to find one in the southeast Saint Paul, MN metro area.
I called over twenty notaries within a radius of 20-30 miles and couldn't find a single notary who would meet us on a Sunday to notarize an important document. Most of them didn't even answer the phone or return a message. A few were pretty short … (2 comments)
