We've had an uncharacteristically dry summer in South Central Missouri. Rain has been scarce - and it seems like we've had a circle drawn around our property. Neighbors just down the street have had big, fluffy rain clouds while I'm in my drive way with the sun glasses on! Some where along the line, we made the rain gods mad. But the last two days, we've had some relief. Glorious rain! As an added bonus, a double rainbow! The hubby grabbed the cell phone, as I had both cameras with me! (Sorry Honey!) Enjoy - we sure did!

The MHDC (Missouri Housing Development Commission) has announced a new program to work in conjunction with the Federal First Time Home buyer Tax Credit program.
