65622: So.. How much WILL the Sellers take?
- 03/17/09 02:13 PM
It's no secret that I love to list property, be it a home, land, commercial building or farm in South Central Missouri. There is something about looking at a property, taking photos, listing the features and putting all the pieces of the puzzle together until we get to the closing table. The process is rather addictive! You may be surprised to learn the most popular question I receive as a listing agent - So... what is the Seller's bottom dollar? How low will they go? Pat Kennedy sums up why, as a buyer, you can cross that question off your list (2 comments)

- 01/20/09 02:51 PM
A real estate transaction is very similar to putting together a puzzle - lots of pieces must come together to ensure a closing for the buyer and seller takes place. One of the most important pieces of the puzzle - the home inspection. Michael Thornton is a home inspector, located in Brentwood TN. His recent post is well worth the read - and well worth your time in following through with his words of wisdom. Forward this post on to others you know. . . - 11/29/08 12:29 PM
Thanks to my good friend Don Rogers, I was tagged for the bookworm MeMe a few weeks ago. However, a few sick kids, work, my own case of the flu and the Thanksgiving holiday put my MeMe on the back burner. Tonight, it's a little chilly here in Missouri and I debated: read my latest book or play work on the computer. Ah, the MeMe will allow me to do both, at least for a little while! Cheryl, I'll have you know - I was laughing out loud, which Fat Cat did not appreciate. He had to lift his head and give me the (4 comments)
