What an incredible day!I am working with a wonderful couple that have three daughters. They transferred to the Lebanon Missouri area a few years ago and have been renting since then. The MHDC (Missouri Housing Development Commission) has announced a new program to work in conjunction with the Federal First Time Home buyer Tax Credit program. This is exciting news for buyers that want to buy a home and qualify to buy a home but do not have the required 3% down payment and the closing costs.
