After our 3rd Annual Pig Roast in 2009, the Phillipsburg Community Development Council decided to try something different. So, for 2010 we are hosting our 1st Annual Fish Fry. Is it okay to call it the "1st Annual" - how do we know it will be annual? We don't! Maybe we should just call it "THE Fish Fry." Or, drop the "the." Oh, the pressure...
